A critical first step in finding the right machine, Shibaura Machine will use your mold and run tests to help decide which machine offers you the best results for your applications.
Skilled Shibaura technicians can assist you with installation and start-up. Our technicians, engineers and parts service personnel are on-call to help with repairs so you can get your machine up and running quickly. Engineers also are available to provide software support, helping you maximize the productivity of your equipment and design new programs for new processes.
Shibaura Machine’s tech centers are strategically located throughout the country. Each facility is outfitted with up to date equipment which allows us to do mold trials for our customers giving them a hands on feel prior to purchasing. With multiple locations it is convenient for our customers to travel to one of these locations for training, mold trials and presentations. We also offer customer support and service in each tech center location.
